Refunds

Reports are digital and they are written the moment you spend a credit. That makes refunds a little different from a physical thing, so here is the plain version.

Unused credits

Refundable within 14 days. If you bought credits and have not spent them, write to us and we will refund them in full.

Credits you already spent

Once a report has been written, the work is done and the credit is used. We do not refund those as a matter of course.

But we would rather you were not stuck with something broken. If a report failed to generate, arrived empty, was written from the wrong birth details because of a bug on our side, or is plainly not what the product page described — tell us and we will put the credit back.

If something went wrong on our side

If a payment was taken and no credits arrived, or you were charged twice, we refund the whole thing without argument. That is our mistake, not a refund request.

How to ask

Write to support@goriastrology.com with the email you signed in with and roughly when you bought. You do not need to explain yourself.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so a refund appears on your statement from them. It usually takes a few business days to show up.

Your legal rights

Consumer law where you live may give you more than this page does — in the EU and UK, for instance, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, which you waive for digital content once delivery begins and you have agreed to it. Nothing here takes away a right you have by law.
